Sad to hear Clifford Nass’s premature death announced yesterday at 55. His Stanford talk on multi-tasking is one of the best and worth a view for any sales person who, under pressure from targets and closing sales, is tempted to juggle multiple tasks at once.
His talk shows brain scans that capture the dramatic rewiring of the brain that takes place. Also, the more you multi-task, the worse you get at it!
